Togetha exists to help people coordinate real service and build trustworthy records of contribution.

Expected behavior

Be truthful, respectful, safe, and reliable. Follow organizer instructions. Communicate promptly if plans change. Treat volunteer data as sensitive and use it only for the relevant opportunity.

Prohibited behavior

Togetha prohibits harassment, discrimination, threats, sexual misconduct, unsafe behavior, fake organizations, fake opportunities, fraudulent hours, impersonation, spam, scraping, malicious activity, and misleading claims about service records.

Organization conduct

Organizations must post accurate opportunities, supervise activities appropriately, handle screening and waivers where required, protect volunteer contact information, and verify attendance honestly.

Volunteer conduct

Volunteers must not misrepresent attendance, submit false hours, misuse organizer contact information, or ignore safety instructions.

Enforcement

Togetha may remove content, suspend accounts, pause organizations, restrict access, revoke or correct verified records, and preserve records for safety or fraud investigations.

Reporting concerns

Users can report safety, privacy, fraud, harassment, minor-safety, or service-record concerns through the report form or by contacting support@togetha.live.
