Togetha's verified service records are designed to make service activity clearer and more trustworthy.
What verified means
A verified service record means an organization member or Togetha platform administrator confirmed attendance or service completion inside Togetha.
What verified does not mean
A verified service record does not guarantee acceptance by a school, employer, scholarship program, immigration authority, court, government agency, or other third party.
Who can verify
Organization owners, admins, coordinators, and Togetha platform administrators may verify attendance for relevant opportunities.
Corrections and disputes
Togetha may correct, revoke, or annotate service records if they appear inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicated, or disputed. Users can report incorrect hours or disputed records through the report form.
Receipt IDs
Receipt IDs identify Togetha records in the platform database. They are not government IDs or external certifications.
